How to Fail at Almost Everything and Still Win Big

1) Theme: Failure is overall a learning concept and not something you should hate on yourself for but rather grow from. 

2) Connecting with and enhancing in ENT 3003: The mindset of a leader has one that sees failure as a way to enhance the process. 

3) Designing an exercise: I think I would design a process on dealing with failure and identifying it: 1) determining what just happened by identifying the situation 2) how can you learn from this mistake/"failure", and 3) what is your next step in your journey? 

4) What differed most from your expectations? Nothing it gave me exactly what I expected from it.
